Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church was the setting for the June 2 wedding of Kara Gardner and Andrew Nelson.

The bride is the daughter of Gordon and Patricia Gardner, Oakesdale, Wash. The groom is the son of Bruce and Carol Nelson, Farmington, Wash.

A reception was held at Beacon Hill. The couple are living in Bellevue after a honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii.

The bride, a graduate of Seattle University, is a staff auditor at Ernst and Young in Seattle. The groom, who graduated from the University of Washington, is a software developer at Ascentium in Bellevue.
