Surge beat Spiders in season finale

Chris Andre scored two goals and added an assist to spark the Cascade Surge to a 5-1 victory over the Spokane Spiders in a Premier Development League regular-season final men’s soccer match at Spokane Falls Community College on Saturday night.

John Prugh scored the lone goal for Spokane in the 80th minute on an assist from Peter Peterson. Spokane finishes its season with a 3-11-2 record. Cascade improved to 3-8-5.
