The marriage of April Brast and Travis Smith was celebrated in a May 26 ceremony at First Presbyterian Church in Colorado Springs.

Mike and Laurie Brast, Colorado Springs, are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Ray Smith, Spokane, and Kathy Siegrist, Kansas City, Kan.

A reception at the wedding site followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Kona, Hawaii.

The bride graduated from Whitworth University and is a corporate marketing and public involvement specialist at GeoEngineers Inc. A graduate of Eastern Washington University, the groom works in law enforcement.
