Occupation: I’m a retired realtor from Santa Barbara, Calif., where I worked for 21 years.

Family: My husband Jim and I have four grown children.

Hobbies: Traveling, reading and eating.

What do you like about North Idaho? There aren’t as many people as there are now in California.

What do you like or dislike about the current season? It gets too crowded and too hot here in the summer. I like spring and fall best.

Favorite music: Any Beatles or John Denver music. But my favorite song is Simon and Garfunkles’ “Bridge Over Troubled Waters.”

Favorite TV show: “Sunday Morning”

Favorite movie: I love all movies. Even a bad movie is a good movie to me.

Favorite spot in North Idaho? Why? Sandpoint. It has a very special aura about it, and a great farmers’ market.
