Stroke Support Group – For inpatients, discharged patients, families and caregivers, providing education, sharing resources and offering emotional support. Bereavement Support Groups – Hospice of Spokane offers various support groups. Spouse Grief, Wednesdays, 1:15-2:15 p.m., for those who have lost a spouse through death.
