Huskies fade quickly

The Gonzaga men’s basketball team has been left off all future competition against that Pac-10 team from Seattle.

Following Saturday’s spanking by the Portland Pilots, I suspect Lorenzo Romar and the Washington Huskies will attempt to keep all West Coast Conference teams from their schedule. It seems the decision to not compete against area teams you can’t beat is the basis for future scheduling.

If the WCC is too tough for the Huskies, maybe they can schedule games against Apollo College or ITT.

(Note: The Lady Zags will probably be dropped from the Lady Huskies’ schedule following Sunday’s loss.)
