Bowl Turning Class – Beginning level class for ages 18 and older. Emphasizes bowl turning tools and how they are applied and basic bowl design. Idaho Writers League – Coeur d’Alene Chapter – Writers of all genres, teens through seniors, meet to exchange ideas and learn how to improve their craft. Next meeting is Wednesday, 9 a.m.-noon at the Jewett House, program will feature Nikki Arana covering “How to Write Effective Query Letters.” Meets the second Wednesday of each month from 9 a.m.-noon at the Jewett House, 1501 Lakeshore Drive, Coeur d’Alene, and the third Thursday of each month, 6:30-9:30 p.m., at the Lutheran Church of the Master, 4800 N. The Spokane Novelists Group – Writers support/critique group, open to anyone with an interest in writing fiction.
