New Faces

SpokAnimal CARE has hired Bridgette Bossio as volunteer/outreach coordinator. She previously served as volunteer coordinator for Meals on Wheels. The organization also hired Rebecca Mack as development director. She previously worked for several Spokane radio stations.

Dr. Laura Wilson has joined Sodorff and Wilson Family Dentistry in the practice of general dentistry. She is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry and completed a general practice residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago.

Windermere Real Estate/Cornerstone has hired Debi Wentz Hoger as a sales associate for the company’s Spokane office. She previously worked for Coldwell Banker Tomlinson.

Tim Christoffersen and W. Jay Simmons have been hired as mortgage loan originators for Cherry Creek Mortgage. Christoffersen holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in finance from Eastern Washington University and has 19 years of mortgage lending experience. Simmons holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and accounting from Whitworth University and previously worked for WJ Bradley Mortgage Corp.

Hagadone Marine Group has hired Chris Craig to work in the sales department at Yacht Club Sales and Service. Craig is a former professional wakeboard rider and previously served as a crew member on a 230-foot private yacht. The company also hired Doreen Mack as moorage/storage manager. She has nearly 25 years experience working with the Hagadone Corp.

Pollianna Dickinson has been hired by Next IT Corp. as an application analyst. The company has also hired Mike Wiseman as director of research.

Robin Richardson has been hired as store manager of Maurices in Coeur d’Alene.

Promotions

Medication Review Inc. has promoted Ron Erkens to director of pharmacy management and J. Chris Terriff to vice president of clinical operations.

Joseph Anderson has been promoted to associate resident director of Merrill Lynch’s Coeur d’Alene office. He has been with the company for 12 years.

Kudos

Avista donated $10,000 to the company’s Project Share Fund, in recognition of the company’s employees receiving the highest ranking in residential natural gas service customer satisfaction in the Western U.S. from J.D. Power and Associates. The fund provides emergency energy assistance to residents in eastern Washington, North Idaho and parts of southern and eastern Oregon during the winter heating season.

Appointed

Whitworth University appointed Scott McQuilkin as vice president of institutional advancement. He has served as acting vice president of institutional advancement since October 2009 and previously served as director of athletics for 13 years. The university also appointed Nancy Hines as director of university communications. She previously worked for Billings Public Schools as director of communications and community relations.
