New faces

Northeast Washington Home Health in Chewelah has hired Steve Case as a patient care representative. He holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Washington State University and previously worked as an account manager for Hill-Rom.

Sonya Wood has been hired by St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute as a psychologist for the organization’s outpatient pain program. She holds master’s and doctoral degrees in psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and specializes in cognitive behavior therapy.

Country Financial has hired Conor Lynch as a financial representative. His office is at 1420 N. Mullan Road, Suite 210, in Spokane Valley.

Courtney Fleming has been hired as an application analyst for Next IT Corp. She is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with bachelor’s degrees in human resources and general management, and master’s degrees in business administration and public administration. She previously worked for EWU’s College of Business and Public Administration and for Spokane Teachers Credit Union.

Dr. Brian Staley received Kadlec Regional Medical Center’s 2010 Spirit of Planetree Physician Champion Award. Staley works as a anatomic and clinical pathologist with InCyte Pathology.

Appointed

Litehouse Foods in Sandpoint has appointed Shawn Peery as vice president of business development and Kelly Prior as executive vice president and chief financial officer for the company’s board of directors.

Elected

Dustin Bender has been elected to the Washington State Recycling Association’s board of directors. He is general manager for Sunshine Disposal and Recycling of Spokane County.

Avista Corp. has elected Rebecca Klein to its board of directors for a three-year term. Klein is principal of Klein Energy, LLC and serves as of counsel to Tuggey Rosenthal Pauerstein Sandoloski and Agather LLP.
