Idaho Highway 3 stays closed until Tuesday night

Idaho Highway 3 near Rose Lake remains closed today while a contractor works around the clock to replace a collapsed culvert, state officials said. The highway was closed last Wednesday after heavy runoff caused the old culvert to collapse. Work should allow the roadway to reopen by Tuesday evening, according to the Idaho Transportation Department.
