Spokane City Forum Luncheon – Reservations are due by noon today. Bart Mihailovich, Spokane Riverkeeper, and Dick Denenny, former Spokane Valley city councilman, will discuss “Preserving Spokane’s Natural Treasure.” Wednesday, 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. at Spokane First Presbyterian Church, 318 S.
