Cheese-making Classes - Presented by Trisha Vieira. First class will be at 10 a.m. and will include an overview of dairy production, Greek-style yogurt and mozzarella preparation. Annual Kosher Dinner - More than 200 Temple Beth Shalom volunteers will be cooking and serving a traditional kosher beef brisket dinner with appetizers, side dishes and dessert. Dinners-to-go will be available. A variety of Jewish entertainment will be featured, including the Klezmer band, Chutzpah, The Kosher Redhots and The Mavens, who will be singing songs written by Jewish composers. Homemade baked goods will be for sale in the Del-Bar, and the temple gift shop will be stocked with unique items made in Israel, handmade jewelry, books, ceramic decor and traditional Judaica gifts.
