Obituary: Beasley, Diana Lynn (Rasmussen)

Age 62

BEASLEY,
Diana Lynn (Rasmussen)
April 23, 1949-
December 15, 2011

Diane was born in Spokane and attended St. Joseph’s Catholic School for eight years.

She graduated from North Central High School in 1967.

She lived the majority of her life in Spokane but did spend a few years in California.

Diane went back to school at SCC and received a degree in medical billing, which is where her career was.

Her sudden passing from cancer has left an empty space in the hearts of those who loved her.

Diane is survived by her niece Judi Brown, great nieces Brittany, Taylor, Ashley, Starr, and great nephew Steve, all of Redmond, WA.
She was so much more than an Aunt to them.

She was Mom and Grandma.

Her visits with them were a highlight for everyone and always filled with so much love and laughter.

Diane was an avid reader, movie fan, crossword puzzle enthusiast, and shopper extraordinaire.

She enjoyed spending time with friends and was truly one of the most thoughtful, giving people you would ever want to know.

She loved animals and had dogs most of her life.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Esther Rasmussen, and sister, Charlene Meverden.

A celebration of life will be held at Fairmont Memorial Park, in the Sunset Chapel on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 2:00.
