Memorial Day Ceremony - Hayden – Monday. 10 a.m. laying of wreath and tolling of boats at Honeysuckle Beach, with prayer, rifle salute, taps. Main ceremony at 11 a.m. at the PFC Robert J. Gordon Veterans Memorial Plaza, Hayden City Hall. A-10 flyover at 10:45 a.m., presentation of colors by the Civil Air Patrol, bagpipe tribute, retiring of colors, refreshments. 8930 N. Memorial Day Parade-Bonners Ferry – Monday, 10 a.m. American Legion, Boundary County Idaho Post 55. Boundary County Fairgrounds through downtown. Afterward, memorial service at Grandview Cemetery, speakers, firing party, taps.

Ceremony Honoring Fallen Service Members – Today, noon. Dedication of more than 40 plaques with names of service members killed in action since Sept. 11, 2001, area veterans, Honor Guard, Patriot Guard Riders.
