KYRS Music Fest - Northwest’s only solar-powered music festival featuring local and regional bands, Ninkasi beer garden, food court, Zip 2 Water refills, bike corral, yoga, hula hooping and more. Living in the Garden - Benefit for WSU Museum of Art. Third annual museum fundraiser will include hors d’oeuvres, drinks and a silent auction in the conservatory of works by talented local artists. Picnic for the Pond – Fundraiser featuring O’Doherty’s Barbecue, music from Big Red Barn Band, Verne Windham from KPBX as the master of ceremony, a silent auction and fresh lemonade from neighborhood kids. This family event will raise money and awareness to improve the water quality and landscaping of Mirror Pond, popularly called the duck pond. Mozart on a Summer’s Eve - July 16-17. 23rd annual event presented by Connoisseur Concerts, directed by Verne Windham, with soprano Susan Windham and cellist Zuill Bailey.
