49ers’ Colin Kaepernick, two others being investigated by Miami police

San Francisco 49ers’ Colin Kaepernick and Quinton Patton, along with Seattle Seahawks receiver Ricardo Lockette are under investigation by Miami police over an alleged sexual assault. A woman, who told police she’s previously had sex with Kaepernick, said she met the players April 1 at an apartment where they were watching a basketball game. She said the players told her that in order to have a drink she had to “hit the bong.” She felt lightheaded and went to the bedroom to lie down, and Kaepernick followed her in, kissing and undressing her before leaving. After Kaepernick left the room, the other two players opened the door. The woman said she woke up in the hospital the next day with no memory of how she got there. No charges have been filed. – L.A.
