Minno Tablets finds new home

Growing Spokane tech company Minno Tablets has moved into a new office at the Design Center Office Building, at 811 W. Second Ave. in downtown Spokane.

The company makes and sells Android tablets for companies and schools.

It’s taking 2,586 square feet in the building, formerly used for commercial offices. Until now Minno Tablets’ office has been in the Innovate Washington building.

Marc Mowrer of Kiemle & Hagood Co. handled the lease.

Dentist Keefe buys office

Kettle Falls dentist Dr. Jason Keefe has purchased the office building of area dentist Dr. Andrew Biggs and will open a practice there.

Keefe is paying $485,000 for the 3,200-square-foot building at 1625 W. Francis Ave., in north Spokane.

Chris Siemens of Windermere Real Estate arranged the sale.

Tech service company moves

JT Tech, a Spokane technology services company, has leased 400 square feet of office space in the Empire State Building, 905 W. Riverside Ave., in downtown Spokane. It provides hardware, software, installation and consulting services.

Business owner Brian Jacobson is relocating the business from his home office in northeast Spokane. The company, with two employees, is growing, Jacobson said.

Colin Conway with Kiemle & Hagood and Alicia Barbieri and Cory Barbieri helped broker the lease.

Retailer Whiz Kids relocates in RPS

Spokane educational toy and game retailer Whiz Kids will move to the third level of River Park Square, next to the Nordstrom third floor entry.

The shop will take 4,000 square feet in a corner location.

Whiz Kids has been on the RPS second level for about nine years.

The goal is to relocate in January, said owner Jan St. George.

River Park Square is owned by the Cowles Co., which also publishes The  Spokesman-Review.
