Craft lasses/workshops

Knit a Sweater - Jan. 15-Feb. 19. For beginner to intermediate knitters, learn how to knit a simple hooded sweater with a kangaroo pocket. The Wonderful Wallaby pattern is knit in the round. Buried in Treasures Hoarding Facilitated Workshop - Jan. 15-April 2. Have your things taken over your house, life and social calendar? Would you like to learn tips on how to de-clutter and stop over-acquiring from people who know what it’s like? Lightening the Load is offering a 12-week facilitated support group for individuals with hoarding issues. Hoarding is when individuals continue to accumulate items, such as clothes, newspapers and food, and then have persistent difficulty discarding possessions. Individuals with hoarding behaviors often face health issues related to falls, as well as run the risk of losing their homes. Third Annual Dog People Blood Drive - The Pet Emergency Clinic Blood Bank will be there to do initial blood typing and temperament testing on dogs. For your dog to be an eligible donor they must be: more than 60 lbs., 1 to 6 years old, happy and healthy. The Inland Northwest Blood Center will have their bus parked in front of the clinic so that people can donate blood.
