Isaak keys Warriors’ OT win

Dallas Isaak scored six points in overtime and finished with 27 points as Almira/Coulee-Hartline stayed perfect in the Northeast 1B South League with a 70-65 win over Wellpinit on Saturday in Coulee City.

The Warriors’ Anfernee Reece hit a 3-pointer with 20 seconds left in regulation to force overtime.

Charlie Hunt added 13 points for ACH (6-1, 4-0) and Logan Bohnet chipped in 11 points and 16 rebounds.

Alfonso Salinas scored 17 points for Wellpinit (4-2, 2-2).

Odessa-Harrington 60, Columbia 39: Shane Whitaker scored 19 points and the Titans (3-4, 3-1) eased past the Lions (0-6, 0-4) in Hunters. Dakota Helms led Columbia with 16 points and 13 rebounds.

Northeast 2B North

Reardan 53, Springdale 38: The Indians (3-3, 3-2) took control with a 14-2 third-quarter run and beat the host Chargers (4-5, 2-3). Brandon Reuben scored 17 points for Reardan and Chandler Carr led Springdale with 11 points.

Northwest Christian 60, Davenport 49: Ryan Ricks led four players in double figures with 17 points and the Crusaders (7-1, 5-0) slowly pulled away and beat the host Gorillas (2-5, 1-4). Austin Zeller and Cameron Umble scored 14 points apiece for Davenport.

Wilbur-Creston 60, Kettle Falls 26: Nick Densley and Trystan Rosman combined for 25 points and the Wildcats (7-1, 4-1) dumped the Bulldogs (0-8, 0-5) in Creston. Brent Rosman added seven points and 10 rebounds for Wilbur-Creston.

Northeast 2B South

Lind-Ritzville/Sprague 48, St. George’s 39: Dylan Becker hit 3 of 5 3-pointers and had 11 points and six rebounds as the Broncos (4-3, 2-2) pulled away in the second half and beat the Dragons (4-4, 1-3) in Ritzville. St. George’s was led by Felix Tsai, who made 10 of 10 shots from the floor, including three 3s, and scored 23 points.

Colfax 44, Tekoa-Rosalia 28: Danny Robinson scored 17 points and the Bulldogs (5-2, 3-1) dominated from the opening tip before letting up in the fourth in a win over the Timberwolves (0-7, 0-4) in Rosalia.

Northeast 1B North

Cusick 69, Republic 67: The Tigers’ furious fourth-quarter rally came up just short and the Panthers (5-3, 4-1) escaped with a win in Republic. Republic (3-3, 2-3) trailed by 33 points at the end of the third quarter, then outscored Cusick 41-10 in the fourth. Taylor Campbell and Aaron Fritts scored 26 points apiece for the Tigers. Cameron Bauer and Franklin Pope each had 15 points for Cusick.

Northport 54, Selkirk 52: Vithor Martin scored 22 points and the Mustangs (4-3, 3-3) edged the visiting Rangers (4-3, 2-3). Breno Santos added 14 points and Lino Belli chipped in 10 for Northport. Selkirk’s Dominic Cain led all scorers with 29 points.

Curlew 93, Inchelium 48: Coby Grumbach scored 21 points and Gunner Brown and Mathan Knapp each added 10 as the Cougars (7-1, 4-1) forced 33 turnovers in an easy win over the visiting Hornets (1-5, 1-5). Roger Finley led Inchelium with 18 points and nine rebounds.

Nonleague

Clarkston 78, Rogers 69: Jake Dwyer and Trevon Allen hit three 3-pointers apiece and combined for 36 points as the Bantams (7-0) pulled away in the final quarter and beat the host Pirates (4-2). C.J. Johnson and Trevor Sperry added 18 and 17 points, respectively, for Clarkston. Rogers’ Melik Hampton scored 18 points and Robert Rucker added 17.

Coeur d’Alene 94, Flathead 81: Tony Naccarato had 29 points, 12 rebounds and five assists as the Vikings (5-2) outlasted the Braves in Kalispell, Montana. Joey Naccarato added 25 points, 14 rebounds and five assists for CdA, which outscored Flathead 58-41 in the second half.

Post Falls 82, Pasco 37: Max McCullough and Jake Pfennigs scored 14 points apiece and the Trojans (7-0) dumped the visiting Bulldogs. Ryan English added 10 points for Post Falls, which made 22 of 28 from the line.

Kellogg 61, Deer Park 44: Gus Colburn had 15 points, five assists and four steals and Tucker Gust added 13 points and six rebounds as the Wildcats (6-1) dominated early and cruised past the visiting Stags (3-5). Deer Park’s Nate Guske tossed in a game-high 23 points.

Newport 53, Priest River 31: Kyler Zorica had 13 points and six assists and Josh Smith pulled down 12 rebounds as the Grizzlies (6-3) routed the visiting Spartans (0-7). Priest River’s Trent Slinger and Marcus Mathews scored eight points apiece.

Liberty 74, St. Maries 64: Match Burnham made 16 of 19 free throws and had 36 points and 13 rebounds as the Lancers (7-1) beat the visiting Lumberjacks. Logan Feasline scored 22 for St. Maries.
