Police investigate double homicide in Spokane Valley

The Spokane County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a double homicide in Spokane Valley. Two men were found shot to death at the Broadway Square Apartments, 11910 E. Broadway Ave., about 9:30 p.m. Saturday. One was found inside an apartment, the other was found outside, Deputy Mark Gregory said. Deputies searched the area but did not have information about a possible suspect. The sheriff’s Air One helicopter, Major Crimes, K-9 units and Spokane Valley deputies were on the scene.
