Harp Guitar Gathering The Powell brothers will co-headline the 12th annual concert. Other headliners are renowned finger-style extraordinaire Alex de Grassi, Stephen Bennett and KPBX “Guitar Hour” radio host Leon Atkinson debuting on his new classical harp guitar.
