Addiction Recovery Support Group - A group for those who have completed the Schick Shadel Hospital’s counter conditioning treatment, as well as for those who are curious about how it works. Temple Keepers Health and Habits – A biblical approach to dealing with unhealthy habits and addictions. Meets Tuesdays, 7-8:30 p.m., New Heights Open Bible Church, 4017 E. 21st Ave.; (509) 599-9080.

The Parent Project – Award-winning parent intervention program helps participants become an empowered parent, reduce conflict and improve their parent child relationship. Programs are 10-12 weeks long. Held at Sacred Heart Women’s Center’s Avista Room, 101 W. Transgender Children’s Playgroup and Parents Group – Open to all gender-nonconforming and transgender children 13 and younger, the playgroup provides a supportive space for children to socialize. Understanding Trauma – For survivors of sexual assault; free and open to men, women, adolescents and caregivers of survivors.
