Spokane Poetry Slam featuring Paulie Lipman - Spokane Poetry Slam is a competition open to everyone. Poets have three minutes per round to present their work, which is judged by five audience members. The poet with the highest cumulative score after two rounds wins $50. This month’s featured poet is Paulie Lipman. He represented Denver, Colorado, at the National Poetry Slam eight times, and was a member of the NPS-champion 2006 team.
