1 Riverfront Park Fourth of July Weekend Celebration Today through Sunday, Riverfront Park, 507 N. Howard St. Activities noon-8 p.m. today, noon-9 p.m. Saturday and noon-9 p.m. Sunday. Activities Saturday include live entertainment 5-7:30 p.m.; the Fairchild Air Force Base Color Guard, Fife and Drum Corps; Spokane Jazz Orchestra concert at 8 p.m.; and fireworks at 10 p.m. (509) 624-6600. 2 Fourth of July Carillon  Concert 9 p.m. Saturday, St. John’s Cathedral, 127 E. 12th Ave. Come listen to the big bells at the Episcopal cathedral performed by Wesley Arai, associate carillonist at the University of California, Berkeley, and cathedral carillonneur Bryl Cinnamon. 3 “You and Me and Him”

7 p.m. Tuesday, the Bartlett, 228 W. Sprague Ave. Most people know Kris Dinnison from the two stores she owns with husband, Andy: Boo Radley’s and Atticus Coffee and Gifts. Maybe they know her from her years as a teacher in the Mead School District. Now, get to know her as a published author. 4 Rock The Nest Concert 7:30-8 p.m. Wednesday, Kendall Yards, 1335 W. Summit Parkway.
