CCS men win Red Devils Classic with 104-85 victory over Everett

Levi Taylor scored 40 points and the CC Spokane Sasquatch beat the Everett Trojans 104-85 for the championship of the Red Devils Classic in Longview, Washington, on Sunday.

Taylor was 14 of 23, including 6 of 8 from 3-point range. Jake Love added 22 points, Race Martin 17 and Jacob DeVries 14 for the Sasquatch, who hit half of their 28 3-point attempts.

Everett (3-1) led 47-44 at halftime after shooting 54.5 percent to CC Spokane’s 33.3 percent. The Sasquatch heated up to 66.7 percent in the second half.

The Sasquatch (5-0) averaged over 101 points in sweeping three games to win the tournament.
