Phyllis was born September 19, 1941 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Paul and Helen Beaver.

She lived most of her life in Benton City and Pasco, WA.

Her last few years were spent in Spokane, WA.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bob Beaver.

Phyllis is survived by her children Vickie Allert (Dave), Jen Fairbanks, and Brian Fairbanks, her grandchildren Baylee Allert, Tanner Allert, and Julius Kusz.

She is also survived by her siblings Margie Deardorff (Jim), Chuck Beaver (Lisa), Dan Beaver (Julie), and Sheila Taylor.
A celebration of Phyllis’ life will be held on Saturday, April 30th at 1:00 p.m. at Kennewick Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kennewick Baptist Church or Hospice of Spokane.
