CCS men lose 86-82 at Whatcom
Matthew Seymour made five 3-pointers and scored 28 points in leading the Whatcom Orcas to an 86-82 victory over the CC Spokane men’s basketball team on Sunday in Bellingham.
Dalton Patchen and Garrett Hull scored 15 points each for the Sasquatch (14-2). Jake Love added 14 points, Levi Taylor 13 and Jacob DeVries 11.
The Orcas (13-3) shot 50 percent from the field and 3-point range (9 of 18).
CCS shot 43 percent and was 12 of 34 for 35 percent from the arc.
The Sasquatch open NWAC East Region play on Saturday, 4 p.m., at home against Wenatchee Valley.
