4. Spokane Felts Field Neighbor Day 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday, Felts Field, 6105 E. Rutter Ave., Spokane Valley. Bring the family for a fun day celebrating aircraft and historic Felts Field. Tour classic airplanes, marvel at pilots’ skills in formation flyovers, and view displays of antique, classic and commercial aircraft. Take a helicopter, B-25 Mitchell or biplane ride for a fee. Food trucks will be on site. The Historic Flight Foundation will be showcasing the B-25 Mitchell and the P-51 Mustang at this event. In an presentation that is designed to invite debate, political cartoonist Milt Priggee challenges audience members’ personal beliefs on local issues by sharing a collection of images specifically to explore what is considered acceptable commentary in the 21st century.
