3-year-old pulled from Lake Washington

Associated Press

RENTON, Wash. – Authorities say a 3-year-old boy has been rescued from Lake Washington and is in critical condition at a Seattle hospital.

Renton Fire Department officials say someone working Thursday morning saw the child under water and pulled him out near Gene Coulon Park.

Officials say CPR was performed and that the boy had a pulse before going to the hospital.

KOMO-TV reports the boy was with his mother and had wandered away.
