Bob and Joyce Bublitz celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house gathering on Sept. 22 at the home of their children, Bonnie and Doug Tapscott, in Spokane.

Hosts for the event included their children and spouses: Bonnie and Doug Tapscott; Becky Bublitz; and David and Shelley Bublitz, all of Spokane; Janet and John Fowlds, Albuquerque, New Mexico; Bob and Karen Bublitz, Columbus, Ohio; and Ken Bublitz, Roy, Washington.

The couple were married Sept. 22, 1956, in Spokane. They have nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
