Joe and Maureen Schneider will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family outdoor adventure on August 12 at Black Butte Ranch in Oregon.

Hosts for the event include their children and spouses: Mark and Joelle Schneider, Ferndale, Washington; and Paul and Katrina Schneider, Spokane.

The couple were married May 6, 1967, at McChord AFB, Tacoma. They have four grandchildren.
