Oregon firm purchases Rowand Machinery Co. of Spokane

Oregon-based Papé Machinery, Construction & Forestry has purchased the assets of Rowand Machinery Co. of Spokane.

No terms were disclosed for the deal, which was announced Monday. Rowand Machinery is a John Deere dealer with locations in Spokane and Pasco. The company has been in operation for 55 years.

With the acquisition, Papé Machinery now has 23 locations in five Western states, including nine in Washington and Idaho. The company is headquartered in Eugene.
