Stream on Demand: Behold, ‘Guardians’ sequel comes to home video

Peter Serafinowicz (“Guardians of the Galaxy,” “Shaun of the Dead”) plays the most cheerfully, sweetly oblivious hero to squeeze into tights in the Amazon original series “The Tick,” the third version of the superhero spoof based on the comic book by Ben Edlund.
