Area girls: Kaitlin O’Neil scores 23 points to pace Almira/Coulee-Hartline

Kaitlin O’Neil scored 23 points to help visiting Almira/Coulee-Hartline (13-3, 9-1) defeat Odessa-Harrington (2-11, 2-7) 73-25 on Thursday.

Gabi Isaak scored 18 points and Berlyn Hunt added 13 for ACH, ranked fourth in the state 1B RPI rankings before the game.

The Warriors led 26-16 after the first quarter then turned up the defense, allowing just one point in the second quarter and nine total in the last three quarters.

McKennah Davison paced Odessa-Harrington with 10 points.

ACH travels to Wellpinit (6-5, 3-4) on Friday. O-H hosts Columbia (0-13, 0-9).
