The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man believed to have led a large mail and package theft ring that involved 400 victims.

Post Falls resident David T. Perry, 34, has been charged with 65 counts of felony grand theft and one charge of theft of a firearm. A warrant has been issued for his arrest and anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at (208) 446-1300.
