Learn to make lefse

Quillisascut Farm is holding its third annual lefse workshop Nov. 11, and now’s the time to sign up.

Lefse is a pancake-like Norwegian flat bread made with potatoes and served during the holidays.

The workshop runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a farm tour at noon. Lefse-making instruction begins at 1 p.m.
