Man facing felony charges after hitting four parked cars in hotel outside of Airway Heights

A man is facing a felony charge of malicious mischief after slamming his van into several parked cars at a hotel just outside of Airway Heights.

Witnesses staying at the hotel described to Spokane Police officers seeing man in his 30s or 40s, later identified as Jeffrey Goodman, 47, driving a box van around the parking lot of the Hilton Garden Inn along U.S. Highway 2. Witnesses said Goodman was driving his van into the vehicles, pushing them onto the curb or sidewalk.

Altogether, Goodman hit four vehicles, causing over $5,000 in damage. Police determined Goodman was acting maliciously, and the collisions did not occur by accident.
