Creperie announces new summer hours

Fleur de Sel Artisan Creperie has new hours for summer.

The shop’s new summer hour are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday through Sunday.

The quick-service creperie opened in late 2015.

Proprietors Patricia and Laurent Zirotti also own Fleur de Sel, an upscale French restaurant that they opened in Post Falls in 2008.

In 2017, Laurent Zirotti was a semifinalist in the James Beard Foundation Awards.
