Late afternoon kickoff set for Oct. 20 game between Washington State, Oregon

Fans won’t have to stay up too late to view Washington State’s next home game and those that don’t attend will be able to watch it on a national television network. On Monday, the Pac-12 announced a 4:30 p.m. kickoff for an Oct. 20 game between Washington State and Oregon at Martin Stadium. FOX will carry the live broadcast. The Cougars (5-1, 2-1) will be coming off of a bye week after throttling Oregon State 56-37 last Saturday at Reser Stadium in Corvallis. The Ducks (4-1, 1-1) are ranked No. 17 in the country after their bye week. Oregon and No. 7 Washington will play in Eugene this Saturday at 12:30 p.m. WSU has beat Oregon in the last three games between the Pac-12 North rivals, including a 33-10 win over the Ducks last season at Autzen Stadium. The Pac-12 announced kickoff times for three other games on the 20th. Washington and Colorado will start at 12:30 p.m. (FOX), Cal and Oregon State will kick off at 2 p.m. (Pac-12 Networks) and Arizona and UCLA will kick off at 7:30 p.m. (ESPN2).
