Four-building apartment complex proposed in Spokane Valley

Dennis Crapo of Diamond Rock Construction has filed plans to build a multifamily apartment complex in Spokane Valley.

The proposed $1.2 million project at 11813 E. Broadway Ave. will contain four, three-story buildings with a clubhouse and a pool. The total project size is more than 143,000 square feet, according to permits filed with the city.

Crapo purchased the more-than-4-acre parcel of land last year for $800,000.

The project’s architect is Spokane-based Bernardo|Willis Architects.
