Mayson Younger scored 20 points to lead Ferris (5-7) over visiting Kent-Meridian (2-10) 57-42 in a nonleague game on Saturday. Kacey Spink added 11 points for the Saxons.
Cashmere 62, Medical Lake 44: Hailey Vanlith scored 42 points and the visiting Bulldogs (11-2) defeated the Cardinals (6-5). Jessie Lohman led Medical Lake with 16 points.
Colfax 57, Northwest Christian 53: Skylre Sakamoto-Howell scored 18 points and the Bulldogs (6-6, 3-1) edged the visiting Crusaders (9-2, 3-1). Jordan Rabe led Northwest Christian with 16 points.
Valley Christian 44, Northport 39: Phoebe Trigsted scored 34 points and the visiting Panthers (8-2) downed the Mustangs (6-6).
