Unidentified body found near missing man’s home in Ferry County

Ferry County Sheriff’s deputies recovered a body from a small pond in Inchelium, Washington, earlier this week.

The pond is near the home of a 70-year-old man who has been missing for over a month, according to the sheriff’s office. The body of a dog was recovered from the pond on Hall Creek Road as well.

Renata Desiree Judd, aka Bob Judd, was reported missing on Dec. 13 by a friend. He was last seen at his house in Inchelium.

After search and rescue found a boot on the shoreline, they continued to search nearby and found the body.

The body has not been positively identified but an autopsy has been scheduled, the sheriff’s office said.

At this point in the investigation, the sheriff’s office said foul play is not suspected.
