Spokane County’s median home price continued to rise, but sales held steady in February, according to the Spokane Association of Realtors.

The median closing price in the county increased 12.5% in February to $269,900, compared to $239,950 in February 2019.

More than 407 single-family homes and condominiums on less than 1 acre sold in February, compared with 406 homes a year prior.

The county’s housing inventory shortage persisted in February, with 444 properties on the market, representing a 1.1-month supply. A healthy housing market has a six-month supply of homes.
