Forrest Mize, who shot a wolf on Rathdrum Mountain to protect his dogs, has rejected a deal offered by the Kootenai County Prosecutor's Office. He'd rather face trial than plead guilty and accept a small fine. He reasons that it'll be hard to find a jury in North Idaho who will find him guilty.
