'Add Words' Hearing Wraps Up 

House State Affairs Committee Chairman Tom Loertscher expects "Add the Words" vote to take place Thursday. Final tally from Betsy Russell/Eye on Boise: 190 people testified over the three days. Of those, 134 spoke in favor, 54 spoke against, and two were neutral. Vote will take place Thursday AM.
