Sante shuts down for “small and quick” remodel

Sante Restaurant and Charcuterie is closing for about a week for a light remodel.

Chef-owner Jeremy Hansen made the announcement on Facebook Thursday night, noting “Sante 1.0 is about to close.”

The post generated nearly 50 comments, many of them questions wondering what was up.

Here’s the plan: “some remodeling and menu changing and system changes,” Hansen said.

The temporary closure will last “hopefully only a week,” he said.

“We will be back with Santé 2.0 before the following weekend,” he later posted. The remodel should be "small and quick."

Sante is slated to reopen before next weekend’s rush.

Since 2008, Sante has specialized in elevated Pacific Northwest cuisine, whole animal butchery and house-made charcuterie. It’s located at 404 W. Main Ave. Call (509) 315-4613.
