Prison Releases

The Washington Department of Corrections reports that the following people were released from prison during June. Only those people sentenced in Spokane County or released to Spokane County are listed.

Charles Epperson Sentenced in Snohomish County to one year for second-degree murder, Epperson was released to Spokane after serving one year, eight months and two days.

William Edison Sentenced in Franklin County to five years for second-degree murder, Edison was released to Spokane after serving three years, two months and 21 days.

Barry Morris Sentenced in Thurston County to 14 years, eight months and six days for second-degree murder, Morris was released to Spokane after serving nine years, six months and 29 days.

Edward Sheldon Sentenced in Snohomish County to 19 years, three months and 11 days for second-degree rape, Sheldon was released to Spokane after serving 17 years, six months and two days.

Victor Jimenezreyes Sentenced in Spokane County to three years, five months and two days for indecent liberties, Jimenezreyes was released to U.S. Immigration after serving two years, 12 months and four days.

Rolando Ocio Sentenced in Spokane County to two years for sexual abuse of a child, Ocio was released to Spokane after serving one year, nine months and two days.

Dustin Christensen Sentenced in Snohomish County to two years, four months and two days for sexual abuse of a child, Christensen was released to Spokane after serving one year, three months and 16 days.

Christo Calandrella Sentenced in Skagit County to one year and one month for sexual abuse of a child, Calandrella was released to Spokane after serving one year, nine months and nine days.

Joseph Johnson Sentenced in Spokane County to five years, eight months and three days for first-degree robbery, Johnson was released to Spokane after serving three years and 24 days.

Phillip Hayes Sentenced in Spokane County to one year and one month for second-degree robbery, Hayes was released to Spokane after serving one year, six months and 13 days.

Daniel Bennett Sentenced in Spokane County to one year and one month for second-degree assault, Bennett was released to Spokane after serving four months and three days.
