Oh, What A Tangled Love Life Webb Weaves

Compiled By Staff Writer Rick Bo

For those of you who suspect supermodels can’t even write their own names, Veronica Webb has come out with a whole book.

“Veronica Webb Sight: Adventures in the Big City” includes reprints of some of her freelance newsaper and magazine writing, along with a 106-page biography.

Webb says she was “madly in love” with Robert De Niro and that when he broke up with her “it was the first and only time in my life I was broken-hearted. And that’s all I’ll ever say about him - so don’t ask.”

She also trashes Spike Lee - who “won’t take no for an answer” - for coming on strong while directing her in his movie “Jungle Fever.”

After she swung a lamp at him and they struggled, Webb writes, she “locked myself in the bathroom crying.”

Loose talk

Ashley Judd, spilling the beans about her and Michael Bolton: “We’re very close, but we keep that close to the vest and just between us.”

And her son-in-law is … 62?

Mia Farrow turns 53 today.

So, the real papa is Rocky, not Woody

Spokespeople for Woody Allen and Soon-Yi Previn are denying reports that she’s pregnant. But Sylvester Stallone and wife Jennifer Flavin have announced that they’re expecting their second child.

And all because her man wasn’t standing

Tamala Georgette Smith, the 27-year-old daughter of country legends Tammy Wynette and George Jones, faces charges of defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and assault after scuffling with a police officer at a Pittsburgh hospital. The fracas started after the guard asked Smith’s boyfriend to take his feet off of a chair.

Guess he’ll have to get wagon trained

Ken Wahl, former star of TV’s “Wiseguy,” has been at least temporarily dumped by his wife of 4-1/2 months, Shane Barbi. “I have separated from Ken because he started drinking again,” said Barbi, half of a twin sister act that posed in Playboy. “But I will get back with him one day if he stops.”

He has a lot to learn about good will

How did Minnie Driver learn that her romance was over with “Good Will Hunting” co-star Matt Damon? When Damon went on “Oprah” to promote the movie and, when asked if he had a girlfriend, said “no.”

How nice that they’re both thespians

Ellen DeGeneres’ real-life lover, Anne Heche, will appear in an episode of “Ellen” to be shot this week and air March 4. Heche plays a friend of Degeneres’ girlfriend in the show who comforts Ellen in a hospital emergency room after the woman is injured in an auto accident.
