Gerald and Janice Blank will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a renewal of vows and open house at their home Saturday at 5 p.m.

Hosts for the event will include their children and spouses: Darrell and Mimi Blank, and Nancy Martin, all of Spokane; Gregory and Jessica Blank, Asotin, Wash.; and Barbara Milnes, Portland.

The couple were married April 27, 1957, in Spokane. They have 11 grandchildren.
