2008 Twining Humber Award – Artist Trust is seeking nominations for the annual award for lifetime artistic achievement by female Washington state artists age 60 or older. The deadline is Jan. 25. Colville Arts Foundation – Artists and crafters are needed to provide work for display at Colville City Hall and the Colville Chamber of Commerce. Artists must install their own exhibit and no commissions are taken. Call (509) 684-3002.

Playwrights Forum Festival – Spokane Civic Theatre is looking for one-act plays for its annual Playwrights Forum Festival in June. The maximum length is 60 minutes. Idaho Prize for Poetry – Lost Horse Press is seeking submissions for the annual contest, which offers a $1,000 prize plus publication of a book-length poetry manuscript.
